It is an easy and user friendly service and has no card or booking fees, it is easy to see exactly how much the journey will cost. The director at redspottedhanky.com, James Bain, explained that the mobile phone app will allow customers to be able to make sure that they are getting the cheapest rate and they can even book through their phone, so it is very convenient for them as well. He went on to say that he felt the loyalty points scheme would encourage people to use the service as it is the only place where they can get loyalty points for booking train travel. He also explained that they are the only independent retailer in the field that does not have a booking fee.
