This light and airy modern cottage,is a ten minute walk from the centre of Hay-on-Wye in a quiet development of private houses. The kitchen is fitted with a gas cooker, separate hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and a washing machine. There is a dining table and chairs, a sitting room with a sofa and chairs to comfortably seat four people. TV with DVD. A downstairs cloakroom with handbasin and toilet. Upstairs to three bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a single bed. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and the master bedroom with a double bed and an en suite shower handbasin and toilet. The family bathroom has a bath with hand-held shower over, handbasin and toilet.
