Aberdovey is a town overlooking Cardigan Bay and is situated on a steep hillside. It is a seaside resort and its location within Snowdonia national Park means that it is a beautiful part of the country to visit, whatever time of the year you are taking your holiday rental. There is a good selection of holiday rental accommodation nearby from little fisherman's cottages and apartments to large family homes.
Obviously your choice will be determined by how many people you are travelling with but you may also want to make a choice between traditional accommodation and something more modern. Many people choose to stay in the village because of the lovely beach with golden sand which actually reaches all the way to the next village. More inland, you can explore the countryside on bike or foot with many great trails to follow. There are lakes, woodlands and valleys to explore, each providing a different atmosphere and fantastic views to look at. With such a diverse area, you will find that there is always something to do here but also plenty of opportunity to unwind and relax staying in holiday homes.
