This 4 bedroom , 3 bath spacious 2400 sq.ft. 2 story standalone home is situated right on the boardwalk located just south of Belmont Park in south Mission Beach. This is a fabulous home in a sea of attached condos, with the just the right mixture of rustic beach home and modern upgrades. The kitchen is well appointed with a Viking stove, granite countertops, and everything you'd hope to find for memorable family meals. 53" HD plasma flatscreen above fireplace w/DVD. This home is great for family vacations, with no obstructions in your way you can watch the children on the beach or just sit and relax while enjoying a glass of wine on your patio looking out at the Pacific Ocean with its beautiful sunsets. This home also boasts our only handicapped accessible bedroom and bathroom, with a wheelchair ramp coming off the patio up into the home. The accessible bedroom is the only bedroom located on the first floor here, with a wet bathroom setup right next door that makes showers for those in a chair a breeze. All of the bedrooms upstairs have plenty of room with ahall bath and a master bath suite. The master bedroom is gorgeous with a long wall of windows overlooking the ocean and jetty beyond.
