One week minimum for summer season and also over the Holidays. We do not accommodate arrivals on a holiday at this time. One of 3 rental units in this South Mission Beach building. This unit is located in the back of the building on the ground level. It offers a nice ocean view to the south and shares the common oceanfront patio with the two other units.
Cozy living area with an oceanview, Cable TV, DVD and a queen sofa sleeper. This unit is located in a great area of South Mission Beach and offers 2 car tandem parking for 2 small cars or one larger SUV.
Dining area just off of the kitchen that opens into the living area keeps is open and spacious! This unit can be rented with the front 2 bedroom 1 bath oceanfront and also our 5 bedroom 3 bathroom La Playa Grande upstairs. Perfect for family reunions or several families traveling together. Kitchen complete with coffee maker, dishware and flatware and dishwasher.
2 twin beds with a bathroom easily accessed by each bedroom or the living area. Second bedroom offers a queen bed.
Outside oceanfront deck offers a picnic table for each unit and a charcoal grill. Sand volleyball courts are right on the beach. All new furnishings and beds were installed May 2008 in this wonderful beach house.
