The spacious bedrooms are all equipped with air-conditioning, and to cool down a bit on hot days you can also take a dip in your private swimming pool. Sit down on the private terrace in the garden an enjoy a barbecue while overlooking the lake of Tuzla. The roof terrace is ideal is you want to catch some sun, and there is even a small kitchen with a fridge on the roof, so you don’t have to go far for a refreshing drink.

The villa is located on a villa park with a lot of facilities. There are several swimming pools, a sauna, a fitness room, a miniature golf course, a tennis court and a playground. Entertainment is just around the corner!

Besides the park, you can also go out and discover the area. Several private beaches are located at a couple of hundred metres of the park. The city of Bodrum is at 25km distance and easily reachable by a Dolmus that stops in front of the park. Take a look at the historical sights or go shopping in the many stores. Lots of picturesque fisher man villages can be found in the bay of Bodrum, and the area is also ideal for golf lovers.
