Holiday Home in Bodrum

Authentic stone villa with private pool in Turgutreis at the Aegean Coast, 16 kilometers southwest from Bodrum. The villa is rurally located on a property of almost ten acres, just on the outskirts of Turgutreis at ca. 1,5km from the city centre and beach. The comfortable holiday home is nicely decorated. Besides the two bedrooms with bathroom ensuite it also has a tradional niche bed/ sleeping cabin on the ground floor (in the kitchen area). The villa is most suited for maximum four adults and a child. The large veranda is the perfect place for enjoying barbeques, watch the sunsets or have dinner outside. From the private swimming pool there is a beautiful view onto the bay and town of Turgutreis and the Greek islands.
Turgutreis is the second largest city after Bodrum and is well known for it’s beaches, modern and large marina, restaurants and it’s bazaar. Daily boat excursions to the nearby islands are easily possible as also to different beaches and the Greek island Kos. The city of Bodrum is located at 16km and worth a visit. Archeological sites like Ephesus and various other archeological sites around Bodrum can also be visited. The airport of Bodrum you find at 50km.

In case you want to come with a larger party, you can request renting a small stone cottage for 2 persons at an extra cost. It is located on the same property, ca. 10 meters from the villa.
The house owner does live on the property as well, on the opposite side, and can assist you whenever needed.
