Feldis is a small mountain village with an authentic character and is located on a plateau in the tourist area of Viamala. An area located to the south of Chur, in the direction of San Bernardino. Feldis has a small ski area, childrens lift, and you can ski nearly to the house depending on the snow situation, an ideal family ski resort. Winter walking from the house and the ski bus stops right in front of the door.

In the summer, walking is written in capital letters. Beautiful excursions are possible right from the house, but the mountain lift will also take you to the top for a walk down. Beautiful far flung views offer you an unforgettable holiday.

Haus Axel dates from 1903 and there are many traces to be found which are witnesses to the past, such as the potbelly stoves which are found in each room, which keep the house optimally warm when stoked with wood. The furnishings are well looked after. In the living room there is a level difference, where the seating and TV are located. There is a small balcony.
The house was renovated in 2008.
