Los Molinos de Dios is a magnificently appointed villa set in extensive lawned gardens in the tranquil area of Las Lomas de Mijas, 3 km below the famous white-washed village of Mijas and 8 km from the beaches and many amenities of Fuengirola. The Lew Hoad Tennis club, an equestrian centre and Mijas golf course are all also within 5-10 min drive of the villa. The villa is built into the hillside, with the garden and superb, 16 x 5 metre swimming pool (depth 0.9m to 2.2m, with ladders) on the lower level, reached by both internal and external steps from the different levels of the house. The garden is bordered by mature hedges offering lots of privacy, whilst there are spectacular views down to the coastline from the various balconies and terraces. Inside, Molinos de Dios is tastefully furnished, offering both elegance and comfort for discerning guests. Air-conditioning is included on the top two floors, but is not available on the lower floor (the games room). Three storeys. From the driveway 8 steps lead up to the front door, and then into a very spacious lounge/dining room with satellite TV, DVD and CD players, plus patio doors leading onto a large furnished terrace with sea views. Also on this level is a fitted kitchen with full cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher, plus a utility room with washing machine. Steps lead down to the middle floor with 4 bedrooms: master double with en-suite bathroom and terrace, further double with en-suite shower/WC and terrace, double (twin mattresses zipped together) with en-suite bathroom, plus a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Further steps lead down to the lower (pool level) floor, which is a large games room with billiard table, table tennis and further lounge area with 2 single beds for older children.
