This pretty house stands in a secluded, elevated position on the Punta Lara hill, just 2 km from the centre of Nerja and 1 km uphill from the nearest beach. It enjoys superb views of Nerja and the sea from its spacious sun terraces and private swimming pool (7.5m x 4m, depth 0.8m to 2m, with steps), as well as the dining veranda with BBQ. A charming and cosy house, Casa de Pipa is attractively furnished in a modern rustic style and is a good choice for couples or small families wanting to be within easy reach of Nerja’s beaches, shops, bars and restaurants. There are several bars and a couple of restaurants in the development below the villa. The swimming pool is reached by approx. 15 steps down from the villa, so this house is not suitable for people with walking difficulties. One storey (lower level is used for storage). Lounge/dining room with sofa bed for a child, basic satellite TV and CD player, plus doors onto dining terrace with sea views. Small kitchen with breakfast bar, hob, fridge, microwave and washing machine. Four steps lead to two twin bedrooms and a full bathroom. Weekly cleaning and linen/towel change. Saturday changeovers between 26 Jun - 27 Aug, any day arrivals at other times. Linen: Included with towels.
