This very comfortable and spacious townhouse is ideally situated just across the road from Moraira’s main beach and only 5-6 min walk from the resort centre, whilst there are several shops and restaurants in the close vicinity. La Alborada is ideal for anyone who does not to use their car all the time. Built on three levels with spacious terraces to the front (with sea views) and rear, there is also a delightful communal swimming pool with sun terraces just a few min walk away behind the house. There is some road noise, as you would expect in a house so conveniently close to the beach. The larger resort of Calpe is just 10 min drive away, whilst the many attractions of Benidorm (including Terra Mittica theme park) is approx. 20-25 min drive away. Prices vary depending on occupancy of the house - please ensure you book the correct number of people. Three storeys. Steps lead up from the parking area to a spacious furnished terrace with sea views. More steps lead up to the front door and then into a lounge/dining room with satellite TV and DVD. Fitted kitchen with full cooker, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Rear dining terrace and BBQ which receives the evening sun. Steps down to two twin bedrooms, 2nd lounge, full bathroom and further WC. Upstairs are a double bedroom with balcony, further bathroom and twin room with extra set of bunk beds. Weekly cleaning and linen change. Linen: Included with towels.
