Holiday Home in Salinillas de Buradon

This delightful country house dating back to the XVIII century is located within the historical walled estate of Salinillas de Buradón, in Rioja Alavesa, a region renowned for its excellent wines and wine cellars. The property has undergone total restoration works, in respect of the regions traditional architecture, and has been decorated with century-old furniture that fills each corner of this house with enchantment. The level of comfort here is such that guests will almost feel in their own homes.
While in the area, pay a visit to nearby Haro, famous for its Wine Battle held at the end of June, and Labastida. The Vivanco de Briones Museum is also close by as well as the Marqués de Riscal wines cellars built next to a building designed by Frank O. Gehry. Apart from excellent wines, the area is also renowned for its exquisite gastronomy, and if you still have time, dont miss out on a trip to the towns of Vitoria-Gasteiz (40 km) and Bilbao (90 km), with its famous Guggenheim Museum.
Back at the house, guests are free to purchase homemade traditional products such as wine and jams.
