Ski lift 500 m. House situated in a clearing, only 100 m from the Kubinska Hola ski region. Outdoor sitting area, fireplace. Parking, 60 m from the house. Heating (extra) from the 1st of Jan to April.

3-room house: living room 16 m2 with open fireplace and bar. Dining room 9 m2. Kitchenette (4 hotplates, micro wave). Shower, sep. WC. Electric heating. Upper floor: 1 room with 4 beds. 1 room with 4 beds, TV and radio, exit to the loggia. Please note: only 1 dog accepted. Kitchen (2 hot plates, stove which runs on solid fuel, fridge in the basement). 1st floor with sloping ceilings, steep staircase. Heating (extra) according to use.
