Casa da Costa is a modern, well equipped and tastefully furnished villa situated in the quiet residential area of Benfarras, on a small hill just 10 min drive inland from the beach, marina and many amenities of Vilamoura. The larger and livelier resort of Albufeira is 9 km away. There are wonderful panoramic views of the coastline from the villa’s swimming pool (8m x 4m, depth 0.9m to 1.9m, with roman steps), lawned garden and balconies. The villa has been decorated and furnished in a smart, cool modern style and has excellent amenities, including air-conditioning - this is a villa you will hardly want to leave! Highly recommended.

Two storeys. Steps lead up from the parking area to the front door and hallway. Very spacious lounge/dining room with satellite TV (with freeview UK channels), DVD and CD players. Two sets of patio doors onto terrace, with steps down to pool, sun terraces and garden. Superb fitted kitchen with hob/oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. One twin bedroom and full bathroom downstairs. Upstairs is a master double with en suite bathroom (and hairdrier) and balcony with panoramic sea view, plus a further double and shower/WC. Dining terrace and BBQ to the rear of the house. Free safe.

Lounge and all bedrooms have air-conditioning included from 11 Jun – 16 Sept - €100 per week payable locally outside of these dates if required.

Weekly cleaning and mid-week towel change. Minimum stay 7 nights, arrive any day except Sunday.
