Casa Nova is a rural holiday house, on a peaceful spot. It also includes 2 independent guesthouses, a large enclosed garden with terrace, lawn and a lovely swimming-pool (14x5m.), as well as a leisure room. The guesthouses might be rented during your stay, which means then you'll share the garden and the swimming-pool(Swimming pool is open all year round). The garden is very spacious, a place to have a barbecue with your family or friends or enjoy the sun. The owners live next door and take care of the garden, the swimming-pool (Schwimmbad ganz jahr geöffnet)and clean the house.
The small village Casa Nova is situated south of São Bartolomeu de Messines (8km away), about 13km north of Albufeira. Groceries can be bought 600m further, in the small town of Benaciate.
A beautiful location, calm, at the heart of a nature park, amongst orange and olive trees. The sea and the beach (Armação de Pera) are about 17km away. The city of Carvoeiro, finally, is 20-25 km from there.

Inclusive 2x per week cleaning, 3x per week clean hand towels and 1x per week clean bedding.
