The garden is 1500m2 and for your sole use. The owner occasionally stays in an apartment behind the building. It has its own entrance. The impressive villa is a listed building. It is the town of Stra in the province of Venice. The villa is near the famous Riviera del Brenta. The Venetian elite built their summer residences along the River Brenta so they could reach them by boat from Venice. Other villas in the area have become museums. The villa is ideal for a cultural holiday. You can also enjoy excellent beaches which are 56 km away. The historic city of Padua is only 10 km away. The city of Venice is easily accessible by train as well as by boat.

The interesting surrounding area: Padua (a historical university town rich in culture, with works by Giotto), Vicenza (architecture and the Palladio villas), Venice (cultural, political and moral capital of the Veneto region, as well as a spectacular place to visit), Sottomarina, Jesolo, Caorle (sea and beach), Verona (Arena, Romeo and Juliette) and Lake Garda (beaches, surfing and amusement parks).
The house owner lives in the same house where the apartment is situated.
