The apartment is located in a villa of 280m2 in total consisting of 2 apartments but which can also be rented as a whole. This apartment is located on the first floor and has access to communal facilities which are shared with the ground floor apartment like the garden, the swimming pool, etc. In this apartment you can enjoy the pretty region and of course the Bolsena lake.
This lake in the centre of Italy is of volcanic origin and actually a crater lake. You can make lovely walks here, discover the surrounding villages and of course the sunset over the lake. The city Montefiascone is interesting to visit, with its cathedral with one of the largest domes in Italy. From the villa you will also have a magnificent view on the lake and the surrounding fields.
The villa is an ideal starting point to go exploring the Lazio region. Of course fabulous Rome should not be missing, easily accessible via the autostrada A1 and world famous for the beautiful Trevi fountains, the Coliseum, Vatican city, etc. The cities Viterbo (ca. 32 km) and Orvieto (ca. 20 km) are also nearby. And you will find Siena at ca. 80 km.
