It is ideally suited for a relaxed holiday with family or friends. The villa has a snooker table and there is a small football pitch on the estate. The estates 85 hectares were formerly a vineyard. Today it is the perfect area to enjoy an excellent holiday and beautiful views. You can see the dome of St. Peter's Basilica on a clear day. The villa is also well positioned for Lake Bracciano and Lake Martignano. Both are a 10 minute drive away. Rome is only an hours drive or you can take the train from Manziana Station (at ca. 1km).
