From the large garden of 7000m2, or from one of the terraces you can enjoy the incredible view over 30km of hillside Etruscan land towards the mountains.
Thanks to the position of the villa you have plenty possibilities for cultural, active or relaxing activities. You find Lake Bracciano at ca. 20 minutes by car where you can go to the beach, swimming or enjoy all kinds of water sports. At a few hundred meters from the villa you find the National Parks Bassano and Trevignano. You can go walking, mountain biking, horse riding or hunting. You can also visit one of the thermal baths in the area or visit the Roman amphitheatre of Sutri (ca. 7km). The golf club “The Oaks” is located at ca. 7km. The Mediterranean Sea lies at only 35km. And the Eternal City Rome is reachable in 45 minutes by train from the station in Bassano Romano at 4km or by car in ca. 35 minutes.
