The villa consists of two apartments. The owner lives in one side of the house. The house is spacious, simply furnished and has a roomy terrace. The traditional town of Maratea Superiore is surrounded by an area of outstanding natural beauty. The landscape is made up of mountains, cliffs and rocks. Mass tourism has not yet reached the area. The town is just a few minutes drive from the sea. You'll also find the smaller town of Maratea Inferiore with its beaches, delightful bays and little harbour. Maratea Superiore is an excellent base for excursions to the Cilento Nature Reserve and the Calabria region.
