This holiday home is located in Badacsony, in a peacful setting on a hillside. Badacsony is the highest part of the Tapolca-hollow, between two bays of the Balaton. It offers a marvellous panoramic view of the largest lake in Central Europe. Badacsony is known for it’s wines, beaches and harbors. For hiking there are good tourist trails and a new cycling path circumvents the Balaton. The beaches here are clean and well-maintained. Only 12km away, in Tapolca, you will find the ’Tavasbarlang’ (lake in a cave) where you can explore the cave by boat. 15km away there is Balatonederics where you can visit the interesting Africa Museum. In Keszthely, 25km, there are museums, discotheques and other forms of entertainment to suit a wide range of tastes.
