Detached villa with private swimming pool located on a estate about 800 meters north of Lefkogia village on Crete. This estate is filled with olive and fruit trees and offers an excellent view of the surrounding mountains and of the valley spread westwards to Plakias and the Libyan Sea. The villa has a 1600m2 yard surrounded by beautifully crafted stone walls and a rich garden with lawn and a variety of trees, bushes and flowers, a swimming pool including children’s pool, a barbecue area and parking space. There are 2 villas built on the estate, each villa is independent and each villa has a private swimming pool.

The region of Plakias which is one of the most famous touristic places of Crete and gives you the oportunity to see not only the beautiful beaches of Plakias but also Skinaria, Ammoudi and Damnoni, very organized and clean beaches all of them. You can also visit the picturesgue fish taverns and the beautiful cafes of Plakias and enjoy the sun set! There are three taverns, a mini market, a bakery, a cafe and in the village of Lefkogia. A wide range of amenities are on offer in the town of Plakias, a popular resort 5 kms. away and Damnoni beach, 3 kms away.
The excellent beaches of Schinaria and Ammoudi are a mere 2 kms away. Exotic Lake Preveli and peaceful Souda beach are a little farther.
