Situated in the heart of the famous medieval town of Sarlat, just steps away from the lively town centre. Restaurants, bars, shops, food shops and supermarkets are all within walking distance as are the wealth of historic monuments that Sarlat has to offer. Close to the river Dordgone for swimming and canoeing with golf, tennis and horse riding all available nearby. This very picturesque house is situated in the quiet part of the town and is an ideal base from which to explore Sarlat and the Dordogne region. Parking is available on the road, 150m from the house.

This charming house has been decorated with loving care throughout and is very comfortably furnished. On the ground floor is a pleasant living room with lounge area, dining area and open kitchen well equipped with gas rings, oven, fridge and dishwasher. Laundry room with washing machine. Separate WC. On the first floor are two bedrooms, a twin and a double and a shower room with two basins. On the second floor is a large double bedroom with shower and sink in the room and a single room. Electricity payable locally. Bed linen and one large towel per person included.
