Old, historical semi-detached house, built in 1808, renovated in 2008. In the resort, in a quiet position, 100 m from the woods edge. Private: swimming pool (above ground) angular (2 x 4 m, depth 90 cm, 12.05.-15.09.). Patio (50 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. Parking by the house. Shop 11 km, restaurant 11 km, pebble beach 40 km, public bathing area 40 km. The patio is closed by high wall, giving total privacy and hiding the view to the neighbouring houses, some of which are abandoned and ruined. The basin on the patio with water running directly from a mountain spring. The house is set in an area ideal for hiking, mountain climbing (700-1100 m) and mountain biking. (The house owner is a renowned croatian academic musician, composer and kantautor.).

Upper floor: 1 room with 1 double bed (160 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with skylight with 2 beds. Shower/WC. Top floor: with sloping ceilings, 2 rooms with skylight, each room with 2 beds. Shower/WC. A part of the living room is arranged as a wine-cellar with large wooden table and banks. Some opened beams on the upper floor and top floor are set on the height of 150 cm.
