Villa Alegranza is situated on La Bocaina which is a residential development of villas in central Puerto del Carmen and 450m slightly uphill from the resort centre, old port and the main beach, making Villa Alegranza ideal for anyone who wants a quiet residential area within easy walking to the shops, bars and restaurants of the resort. Car hire is not essential here, however if you like to explore other areas of this fascinating volcanic island and enjoy outings to visit Timanfaya National Park, Jameos del Agua or the beautiful sandy Papagayo beaches, car hire is a must.
Villa Alegranza is a modern, well-furnished and equipped, two-storey holiday villa which has its own private heated swimming pool (7m x 4m Depth 1m x 1.8m), slightly raised from the sun terraces and a shaded, furnished terrace area with a portable BBQ.
The villa sleeps up to 6 people and consists of the ground floor area which includes the lounge with dining table and chairs, seating area, satellite TV (limited channels), portable music player and terrace doors leading to the pool area. There is a fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer and microwave. The separate utility room has a washing machine and drying area and bathroom with shower over bath and toilet. On this level there is also a twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes.
On the first floor there is a second twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes a double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom with shower over bath, and toilet and a sun terrace. BBQ. Pool heating included Nov–Apr.
