Built on the hillside just 1 km from the sandy beach (a rocky beach is nearer) of this pretty, low key resort, with several bars, restaurants and a supermarket within 5-10 minutes’ walk, this villa is ideal for anyone looking for a holiday close to the beach and all amenities, but without all the disturbance of a major resort. Villa Cristina is spacious, well equipped and comfortable, with a light, airy feel and a large lawned garden at the rear, with private swimming pool (approx 8m x 5m, depth 1.4m to 2.4m, with 2 ladders). Playa Fornells is one of the most beautiful spots on Menorca, and is just 3km by car (or 1 hours walk around the headland) from Cala Fornells, a very pretty fishing village and huge bay, which offers a wide variety of watersports as well as some of the finest fish restaurants in Spain (the King of Spain often sails over here for lunch from his Summer Palace in Mallorca). The golf course at Son Parc is approx. 12 km away. One storey. Steps lead up from the driveway and garage to a large front terrace with panoramic sea views. The front door then leads into a spacious lounge/dining room with satellite TV/DVD and picture windows looking over the bay. There are 3 bedrooms (one double with en-suite bathroom, plus two twins) and a further shower/WC. The fitted kitchen/diner is equipped with fridge/freezer, full cooker, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher, and opens onto the rear dining terrace with BBQ, the garden and pool area. All bedrooms have fans. An extra bed can be provided for one child up to 16 years old - £5 per day. Cleaning and towel change twice weekly, linen changed weekly. Linen: Included with towels.
