Holiday Villa in Puerto Pollensa

Cel Gotmar is a group of superb quality semi detached villas in a very private small development of houses built into the hillside with unsurpassed views of the bay of Puerto Pollensa. The complex comprises of twenty five luxury villas sharing three different swimming pools which are on different levels. Reached by a steep driveway through electronic gates, each house has its own parking space and offers exceptional standards of decor and comfort, including air conditioning (at no extra charge) in all main rooms and quite superb panoramic views.

It is approx 10 min walk downhill to a small number of restaurants and a supermarket, whilst the beach and many amenities of Puerto Pollensa are just 2km away. Historic Pollensa Town, with its beautiful squares, fine restaurants and golf club, is just 4 km away.

Each house is semi detached with a large front terrace with sunbeds. The front door leads straight to the open plan lounge/dining area with flat screen satellite TV, CD and DVD players, plus patio doors opening onto the terrace with stunning views of Puerto Pollensa and the sea. The modern fitted kitchen is fully equipped with electric hob, oven, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. A staircase leads up to the upper floor where the bedrooms are located. These comprise two twin bedrooms sharing a full bathroom and one double with an en suite bathroom. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, and the property has been decorated in a very high standard. We do not recommend this villa to those with mobility difficulties.

Twice weekly cleaning and towel change, with weekly linen change.
