This semi-detached villa is most conveniently situated down a quiet road on the edge of the countryside yet just 500m from Pollença town, making it ideal for anyone who doesn’t want to use a car all the time and prefers to walk to the shops, bars and restaurants of the old town. Puerto Pollença’s beaches are 5 km away. C’an Redo is an old stone house that has been most charmingly restored, keeping its original features and homely atmosphere. There is a pretty garden planted with flowers and shrubs, unusual triangular pool, sun terraces, a lovely shaded veranda and impressive BBQ area. The pool (6m x 5m, depth 1m to 1.9m, with roman steps) is slightly overlooked by small upstairs windows from the neighbouring house but is otherwise completely private. There is a wealth of fine restaurants, cafes and bars in the old streets and pretty squares of Pollença Town, whilst the more international and livelier establishments are in the resort of Puerto Pollença.
