This beautiful holiday home is directly by a ski-slope in the attractive Annaberg ski-area. The home is on a south-facing hill. The house is divided into three holiday homes, each for 9-12 people. You will have the house almost to yourself so there's plenty of privacy. It is 370 m2, very spacious, well kept and stylishly furnished. The house has everything you need. There are ten bedrooms, seven bathrooms and a number of luxurious living rooms with open kitchens. There are also all round terraces and balconies. Parking is in the eight-car garage beneath the house. The maximum drive-through height is 220 cm. The village of Annaberg and the neighbouring village of Lungötz are at an altitude of 777 metres. You can enjoy an energetic or a relaxed holiday here just as you wish. The beautiful area around the Dachstein Massif is ideal for delightful walks. The St. Martin, Lungötz, Dachstein West, Abtenau and Postalm ski-areas are excellent family ski-areas. The ski-runs are not too busy. There are ninety kilometres of ski-runs in the region for you to enjoy. The apartment is at a slightly higher altitude of around 1,000 metres. It is surrounded by wonderful uninterrupted views. You can get straight onto the ski-run from the house and you can ski right back to the doorstep.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters.
