Whether it is summer, winter, autumn or spring, all seasons have their own particular charm here. The appartments are in a quiet location between the green meadows, and it has a splendid view of the surrounding mountain landscape. All apartments are very comfortable and furnished in contemporary style. You apartment is around 40 m large and located on the first or second floor.

Mauterndorf is the ideal starting point for going hiking or making bicycle trips in summer. The area offers various mountain trails for both families as well as experienced hikers in mountain terrain. Sixty mountain lakes, streams and water falls wait to be discovered by you. A bicycle and mountain bike route runs right past the front of the house. You can also get to know the culture of the Lungau region, visiting the sights such as the amazing Burg Mauterndorf!

Mauterndorf is an idyllic town covered with a thick, white layer of snow against a clear blue sky. The town is also an ideal winter destination for the snow lover. Skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing or a romantic walk through the snow-covered scenery ... this is simply a dream holiday! The 4 largest ski areas of Grosseck-Speiereck, Fanningberg, Aineck-Katschberg and Obertauern are easily accessible by car or with the free ski bus. Upon request, all children can be picked up by the local skiing school daily and later returned to their holiday address.
