This luxury, detached villa is 1600 metres above sea level. It is close to the Alpine town of KlippitztÃ¶rl. The town is part of the municipality of Bad St. Leonard. It is in the famous Lavant Valley, one of the most attractive valleys in southern Austria. The house is off the beaten track and surrounded by beautiful countryside. The holiday home is a spacious 150 m2. It was built in 2008 and is simply luxurious. There is a jacuzzi, an infra-red sauna and a steam/shower cabin. The spacious living room has a gas stove. This room opens onto the large 30 m2 terrace with its panoramic views. The attractive, historic town of Bad St. Leonard has thermal baths, pleasant little restaurants, shops and cultural places of interest. Both Bad St. Leonard and the regional capital of Wolfsberg are around 15 minutes away by car.
Because the area around the chalet is still under construction, there may be some building nuisance over the summer.
